Mr. Leafy Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mr. Leafy! To ensure your order is fresh and ready when you arrive, please review our pickup policy below.

Order Cutoff Time

  • Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM to qualify for next-day pickup.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be available on the following pickup day.

Pickup Hours

  • Pickup Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Please arrive during these hours to collect your order.

Pickup Instructions

  • Bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when you arrive.
  • If someone else will be picking up your order, please let us know in advance and have them provide the order name or confirmation number.

Missed Pickups

  • If you are unable to pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Because our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot guarantee product quality or availability for orders not picked up on the scheduled day.
